Hi I’m josh. I have been passionate about sport all of my life. I’m not ashamed to say that when I was younger I was overweight, and due to my lifestyle changes I have made I have managed to get myself where I am today.

Being fit and in shape hasn’t only improved my physical appearance and confidence, it has given me a positive outlook on life. If you are serious about training hard to get results you have always dreamed of I would love to be the person to help you achieve them.

I work very closely with my clients to work out what works for them and what doesn’t, as no two bodies are the same. I have a proven ability to help my clients achieve their fitness goals with motivation and encouragement every step of the way. I have excellent knowledge of gym equipment and the right things to do to achieve the results you want. I am approachable and have experience training various people from all kinds of backgrounds.
