I have always been passionate about sports and the health and fitness industry. It interests me as there are new availabilities all the time which is why I am always looking to gain more knowledge which I can then pass on to my clients. When I am training myself I make sure to give 100% on every session, this is a habit which is something I transfer into my work which is noticeable in my sessions. It’s also something that my clients subconsciously start adhering to, making them give their all every time.
I have competed in various sports and trained in most areas in the industry giving me confidence in teaching new and innovative ways to mix up my sessions and keep them fresh.
