Thanks for reading my bio! I’m a cheeky, humble, hardworking personal trainer who joined mountain rescue 18 months ago. For me, this was a huge personal challenge. I’ve had the bad days, the aching body, the mental barriers…just like many new clients experience on their first day with a personal trainer, you’ll hit these struggles. I wouldn’t have made it without the encouragement, training, and knowledge of my mountain rescue colleagues. This is a philosophy I take into my personal training sessions.
My 1-2-1 PT sessions are specifically designed to accelerate your progress. I will train and push you. I expect you to work hard, to give me 100%, to squeeze out that extra rep. In return, your sessions will be safe, professional (with some banter) but of a high standard and I’ll give you all the support, encouragement, knowledge and tools you need to improve and attack your goals.

REPs Level 2 Fitness Instructor, REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer, Mountain Rescue. First Aid, CPR, Basic Life Support
