Fitness has been a lifelong passion of mine and a career in the health and fitness industry was a natural step for me. I work with a variety of clients from complete beginners to experienced gym go-ers who just need that little extra push.
Together we can develop a focused, practical but above all, achievable fitness program to improve your health, wellbeing and ultimately your lifestyle.
If you’re a newcomer to personal training it can all seem a little daunting so I like to make people feel comfortable especially during their first session. The first thing I like to find out is what your goals are and why they’re important to you. Then I’ll establish your fitness level and take other measurements such as size and weight. Once we’ve got all of this established we can make a plan to get you achieving those goals and get you on the road to a fitness levels you never imagined you could achieve.
During our sessions we’ll be carrying out a combination of body weight exercise, kettlebells, weights and resistance training. It’ll be tough and it’ll be hard work but my main goal is that you leave feeling energised and motivated with a feeling of accomplishment.
